- We understand that you are purchasing the product without physically seeing it and if you are unhappy with it, please call us on 03 9574 1988 within 2 days of receiving it to notify us of your change of mind.
- Kalessi Bathroom and Tiles reserves the right to charge 30% of the returned product price as a re-stocking fee.
- Consumer is responsible for freight arrangements and costs.
